HOW TO TRACK YOUR PARCEL

We only use : Royal Mail and DPD to ship your parcel.
If your parcel has been shipped using DPD, we highly recommend you to install their mobile app.

ABOUT ROYAL MAIL DELIVERY

Royal Mail is the national postal service in the UK. For international deliveries, your package will be handed over to the local postal service in your destination country.

Examples :
• La Poste (France)
• Bpost (Belgium)
• PostNL (Netherlands)
• Deutsche Post (Germany)
• ...and so on.

In most cases, the Royal Mail tracking number will remain the same and can be used to track your parcel on your local postal service's website or app. However, tracking updates may only appear once the package has arrived in your country.

We recommend tracking your parcel on both the Royal Mail website and your local postal service for the most accurate updates.

Note : On Royal Mail tracking, your parcel may be updated to " Delivered ". It means that the package has reached the destination country and it's time to continue to track your parcel on your local post service.

HOW TO IDENTIFY MY DELIVERY SERVICE ?

After your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Depending on the weight and destination of your parcel, it will be shipped via Royal Mail or DPD. Here's how to identify which one is handling your delivery:

- If your tracking number starts with 2 letters and ends by GB, the package is sent using Royal Mail.
( Exemple : XH014578920GB )

- If your parcel is sent via DPD, in most of cases you'll receive a direct link to the tracking page, but if not the tracking number is similar to the example below
( Exemple : 05295847519602 )

If tracking is not yet active, please allow 24–48 hours after dispatch for updates to appear.
This reduces panic emails when tracking doesn’t work immediately.

If you're unsure, feel free to try your tracking number on both platforms or contact our support team for assistance.
