Production & Expeditions

We use a print-on-demand model, which means your order is produced specifically for you once it’s placed. This allows us to avoid overproduction and minimize waste but it also means that your order may take a few extra days to be fulfilled before it ships.

All products are made to order and produced by our trusted productions partner(s). Some products are shipped from the EU and some others are shipped from the UK. We suggest you to learn more about it through our customs & duties policy to avoid any surprise.

Production time : 2-5 business days once payment received.
Shipping time: Depends on the destination (see below)
You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.

Please note: During busy periods such as holidays, sales events, or peak seasons, production and delivery times may be slightly longer than usual. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these times.

We currently ship to most countries in the European Union.

Here is the list of excluded countries :

  • Vatican
  • Aland Islands
  • Saint-Marin
  • Svalbard & Jan Mayen
  • Any others special islands

If you are from a non-european countries or from a country on the list above, and still want a delivery. It's possible by contacting us. You may have a personal method payment and different shipping costs/service due to the destination. Also, if you decide to do that, note that returns or refund won't be possible without having to pay for extra services/fees

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery country and the total weight of your order.

  • We aim to keep our rates fair and as low as possible, while ensuring reliable, trackable shipping.
  • In some cases, split shipments may occur if items are fulfilled from different locations (EU or UK), but you’ll still only pay once for shipping.

Note that in some cases, customs fees and imports fees may apply, these are not considered as shipping rates. This is extra fees and we cannot influence or control these charges.

Tip: Group your order with friends or order multiple items at once to reduce potential customs or handling fees.

Returns & Delivery Refusals

We do not accept returns for change of mind due to the made-to-order nature of our products.

If an order is refused due to unpaid customs or VAT fees, and the package is returned to us:

  • Any return shipping and customs handling fees will be deducted from your refund.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable once the order has shipped.
