All our products are made to order (print-on-demand)

Descriptions, visuals and specifications are provided for reference and may show slight variations due to the printing process

In the event of an exceptional unavailability after ordering, we will contact the buyer to offer an exchange or a refund

3. Prices

Prices are shown in euros (€), excluding VAT for orders shipped from the United Kingdom to the European Union

They do not include customs duties, local VAT or other taxes that may apply in the destination country

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed before the order is confirmed

4. Orders

All orders are confirmed after full payment has been received

The buyer must provide accurate and complete information for delivery and billing

The seller cannot be held responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect information provided by the buyer

5. Payment

If the buyer refuses to pay these charges and the parcel is returned, return shipping and handling fees will be deducted from the refund, with original shipping costs remaining non-refundable
