VAT & CUSTOMS/DUTIES FEES INFORMATIONS

As we work with a trusted fulfillment partner based in Blackburn, United Kingdom, all of our orders are shipped directly from the UK. Since the United Kingdom is no longer part of the European Union, please note the following important points for our EU customers:

  • Prices on our website and shop are shown without VAT.
This is because orders shipped from the UK are not automatically subject to EU VAT at checkout.
  • Customs and duties fees may apply.
When your order arrives in your country, it may be subject to local VAT, customs charges, or handling fees, depending on your country's import rules. These fees are not included in the checkout price and are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.

Those two points are the reason why you don't have to pay the VAT at checkout when using our website. We don't want you to pay twice the VAT.

We always aim to make your shipping experience as smooth as possible. You’ll receive tracking details once your order is dispatched, and we recommend using any available courier apps for the best delivery updates.

Just to let you know, the customs & duties fees includes :
Local VAT, Clearance fees and Import fees.

We understand that international shipping can sometimes be confusing, so please don’t hesitate to reach out to us if you have any questions.

REFUSED, UNPAID FEES OR RETURNS

In the case of the customs & imports fees apply :

If you refuse to pay customs or VAT charges and the package is returned to us, the return shipping cost and any associated fees will be deducted from your refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has shipped.

We understand that customs and import fees can be frustrating and that’s why we do our best to clearly inform you of potential charges before you complete your purchase. As the buyer, you are responsible for understanding your country's import regulations. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these terms as outlined in our Customs & Duties Policy.

Important: In rare cases, a parcel may be damaged, held indefinitely, or destroyed by customs authorities due to unpaid charges or other regulatory reasons. In such situations, we regret to inform you that no refund will be issued, as the package cannot be recovered and this situation is nothing we can be responsible for.

We sincerely apologize if such a situation occurs, and we encourage all customers to check with their local customs office before ordering to avoid any issues.

How to optimize your order ?

Be smart, here are a few simple ways to reduce shipping costs and avoid unnecessary customs fees:

  • Unlock the free shipping offer: We offer free shipping on orders over €150. Combining items in one larger order can save you money on shipping compared to placing multiple smaller orders.

  • Group orders with others: Consider placing a shared order with friends, family, or colleagues. Not only can you save on shipping, but you might also split any customs or handling fees across multiple people, making the overall cost per item more affordable.

  • Avoid multiple customs fees: Every shipment may incur handling or customs fees. Combining your items in one single order reduces the risk of being charged multiple times by your country’s customs.

These tips can help you save on both shipping and potential import fees, while also reducing packaging waste
