Returns policy

How do i return my order ?

To initiate a return, always contact us first with your order number, a short or detailed explanation of the reason for return, and clear photos showing the issue. Once we receive your request, we will review it, discuss with our partner if necessary, and take a decision. You will receive an email confirming whether your return is approved or refused. If approved, you will then receive a second email containing the address where you should send your order.

When the return arrives at our office or our partner’s office, we will inspect it again and proceed with either a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation. In the case of a refund, the payment will be processed within a few days and returned to your original payment method. In the case of a replacement, you will receive a new tracking number so you can follow your order’s delivery.

Customs & Duties

For returned items sent from abroad, any customs duties, taxes, or fees charged on the return shipment will be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to our error.

Eligibility for Returns

You have 15 days from the date of delivery, as confirmed by the tracking information, to return your order or contact us regarding a return. We provide detailed product descriptions and clothing sizing charts to help you make the right choice before purchasing. If you have any questions or need advice, please contact us before placing your order.

Proof of Purchase

All returns must include proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email or invoice.

Condition of Returned Items

Returned items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in the same condition as when received. They must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item shows signs of wear or damage beyond what is necessary to inspect it, or if the product has been altered, customised, or is incomplete.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for underwear, swimwear, or socks unless they are faulty. Gift cards, digital downloads, clearance or final sale items, and customised or personalised products are also non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

We do not accept returns for non-european countries.

How to Return Your Order

To arrange a return, contact us within 15 days of receiving your order. Prepare the item in its original condition and packaging, and send it to the address provided using a trackable shipping method to ensure it arrives safely.

Return Shipping Costs

Depending on the reason of the returns, shipping fees may be the responsibility of the customer, and we strongly recommend using a trackable method. In cases where the return is due to a damaged item, wrong item received, or another valid reason, we may cover or reimburse the return shipping fees at our discretion because in those cases, we always have to discuss with our partner as damaged or defective item may be their mistake.

Exchanges & Stock Availability

Exchanges are not possible.

Refund Processing Times

Refunds are processed within 15 to 30 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected. Refunds include the original item price and any applicable taxes. Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Right to Refuse Returns

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with the terms of this policy or that shows signs of use beyond what is necessary for inspection.

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or inability to process returns caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to strikes, natural disasters, or shipping disruptions.
